Sara Hawks U11 v Wyong

At a very warm, sunny and dry Sara Oval today we were up against Wyong Lakes Magpies. We were desperate for win and our positive approach from the first bounce was outstanding as we displayed great teamwork, handballs, bouncing & kicking into space with an amazing 10 goal first quarter, it was pleasing to see such effort at the ball and everyone making an effort.Due to our massive lead we changed the team around significantly to enable the boys to play in totally different positions which allowed Wyong to creep back slightly in the game, but we stayed focus and kept up our great teamwork and kept them at bay during the following quarters to come out WINNERS - YaaHoo - Finally!!!!.

A great team effort and a confidence booster going into the last game of the season next week.

Thanks to all our players who filled in & helped Wyong lakes, the game was played in great spirit.
